A beautiful route starting at Plaza de Armas (Main Square), surrounded by historical buildings, next to the Hernando de Magallanes monument. We will visit the municipal cemetery with its beautiful gardens and mausoleums. Then the traditional El Ovejero monument (The Shepherd), the Costanera Avenue, and the waters of mythical "Strait of Magellan” where we will also visit the Goleta Ancud monument.

Later we will go up the Cerro de la Cruz viewpoint , to observe the colorful roofs of the city, the Strait and Tierra del Fuego Island . Afterward we will visit the Nao Victoria , an attractive and interactive real scale Boat Museum, to live the experience of the expedition led by “ Hernando de Magallanes”, going back 500 years in history that was built with original plans and is equipped with the maneuver and life-size figures . You could also admire the replica of the Goleta Ancud, with which possession of the Strait of Magellan and distant southern lands was taken on behalf of the Chilean government in 1843.
